Súmate Marketing Online was born in 2011, and its goal was to respond to the challenges posed by the generalised use of new technologies in our society. We are aware that we live in a time of great transformation, and we are proud to contribute as much as we can to encourage it further with intensity and enthusiasm.As far as we are concerned, marketing in the digital era is not about using the same old strategies with new tools, as if nothing has changed. The experience of our digital marketing consultants is an average of 10 years; most of us have lived through the changes in algorithms, and we know that approach does not work. Our principle is to continue updating our training, learning from each project and use the knowledge we have amassed in specific strategies in a resolutive and instructional manner. We enjoy explaining why we have made our decisions in each project, but also to teach the consultants of the future. That is why we collaborate with the USAL, the University of Salamanca, and give the lectures for their Masters Degree in Digital Marketing, making the most of the fact that our headquarters are located in that welcoming and quiet city.

Our global and international drive shows in the growth of a highly specialised and multilingual team, capable of working in more than twenty languages from a native’s perspective. In this way, we can offer a comprehensive service, directly and centralised, to any type of client and for all of their target markets.
Our more human side comes out when we talk about the 40 people that work at Súmate: we have a young but mature team; staff rotation is very low, our consultants have worked an average of six years for Súmate; women have been the pillar of growth in the company since the beginning, and they currently comprise 70% of the company and 60% of management roles.
We help one another, it is something that defines us. There is no internal competitiveness, the teams are there to support each other in both professional and personal situations.
